Install “WhatsApp” on iPad
It’s been weeks and i’ve been trying to install “WhatsApp” on my iPad and i’ve faced a problem is that the new version doesn’t support the iPad and the old versions used to work but not any more so i searched all over and found millions of methods and don’t even work and complicated once like changing the UDID of the iPad to any other UDID of any iPhone you have or iPod and it’s kind of stupid cause what if you don’t have one? any how lets get down to the point.
i’ve done this on my iPad 2 and it perfectly and easly worked so now you first need a “JailBreaked” iPad if you don’t have one try doing it visiting www.jailbreakme.com on your iPad or let any one who knows how to do it and helps you, we don’t want to make a mess of this :p
now go to the “Cydia” and try searching for something called “WhatsPad‘ and install it, this is the thing that will let the app work then just install the “WhatsApp” the same way you always do it and try opening it and its working!! TARAAH
to make this app work on full screen without zooming it and make it suit your iPad all you have to do is search in “Cydia” for something called “FullForce” then go to “Settings” and you’ll find it down there and turn the “WhatsApp” bar to ON and there you have it a full screen “WhatsApp” on your iPad.

I have an ipad with Cydia. I have installed the WhatsPad but the WhatsPad icon does not show on the screen after rebooting. WHy? Do I still need to purchase WhatsApp from Itune? Pls help.
thats right there will be no icon, the whatspad is only an addon so you can install whatsapp, so now all you have to do is download the whatsapp and it should be working with you.

how do i install whatsapp? purchase it from Itune? any other softwares that i need to install like the “installous” from Cydia?
as you wish if you want to purchase it from appstore or if you want to download it from installous of appcake, it’s not necessary to have installous to continue with this.

I have purchased Whatsapp 2.6.10.ipa from Apple Store but when I sync with my Ipad, it says “not compatible with my ipad” and was not transferred to my ipad. Why? My ipad version is 4.2.1. pls help. Thanks.
well currently i’m on iPad 2, iOS 5.0.1 and my Cydia 1.1.4 and everything is working just fine :S and i’m using Whatsapp version 2.6.9.1272 i think thats the latest one, but i don’t know whats wrong with yours

When i switched on my ipad each time, there is a message asking me to update the IOS to 5.xxx. Currently mine is 4.2.1 and already jailbroken. If I accpet to upgrade the IOS to 5.xxx, then will Cydia still works on IOS 5.xxx? DO you think it is ok to upgrad the IOS?
